Our personnel are full-time employees – we do not contract out for Unlimited Mailbox installations. We utilize a proven methodology in our Unlimited Mailbox implementation. This includes a system Scan on a test group of users, reviewing the Scan results with client, training of key Administrative personnel, configuration of Unlimited Mailbox to archive test group of users and follow-up review of installation with timeline agreed to by CGS and the client. Maintenance & SupportComputer Generated Solutions offers a comprehensive maintenance and support plan that includes toll-free live support and all product upgrades. These agreements run on an annual term with pricing typically determined as a percentage of the licensing cost. TrainingUnlimited Mailbox provides a maximum ease of use by allowing users to continue working within their regular mail file interface. The solution is very user intuitive and requires little or no training for users. Administrators are encouraged to be present during installation at which time CGS personnel will provide hands on training for the product and the administrative process (e.g. configuration). Our experience is that administrators find this adequate and as such no additional administrator training is typically required. However, additional training can be arranged if the client so desires. This can take the form of classroom, one-on-one, or Live Meeting Web-based sessions. |
